  • VAT is calculated separately and is not included in the fee calculation base
  • The 12% platform fee and 2% payment processing charge above are the introductory commission rates and are subject to change. 9. Listing Conditions

When listing an item for sale on agrobid.org, you agree to comply with our:

A. Listing Policy

  1. Images and Text Policy:

To make sure you're giving potential buyers an accurate representation of your items, and that you're not infringing on anyone else's content rights, you should write your own descriptions and use your own images.

  2. No Item Listings Policy:

All listings on agrobid.org have to offer a physical item or a tangible service. Listings that are blank, or don't offer a tangible item or service, aren't allowed because they can cause confusion for buyers and increase the risk of fraud.

  3. Search and Browse Manipulation Policy:

It's not allowed to manipulate agrobid.org search and browse experience by adding popular keywords in your listings that don't have any relation to your items.

  4. Item Location Misrepresentation Policy:

To make sure buyers have a clear understanding of shipping charges and delivery times, all sellers must provide clear and accurate information in their listings about where their item is located.

  5. Warranties Policy:

Offering your customers a guarantee or warranty gives them peace of mind when they buy from you, and can help give you an edge on the competition.

  6. JavaScript Policy:

Active content in listings can create a poor experience by increasing page load times and introducing security risks. That's why it's not allowed in listings on agrobid.org.

  7. Links Policy:

We don't allow listings to contain links that direct customers to a site other than agrobid.org

  8. Third-Party Endorsements Policy:

We don't allow the use of third-party statements or logos that vouch for a seller's 'reputation' or 'trustworthiness' in agrobid.org listings.

  9. Duplicate Listings Policy:

Only one fixed price listing of an identical item can be listed at the same time, from the same seller. This is to ensure buyers see a wide variety of options from multiple sellers. This policy applies to keep agrobid.org a safe place. For this sometimes we remove listings that violate our policies. If we remove your listing, we'll send you an email to your Messages and to your registered email address explaining why.

If you can't find your listings they may have been removed if they violated one of our policies. However, if you haven't received an email from us about removing your listings, it's possible they're just not ranking high up in search results.

B. Selling Practices Policy

Our selling policy applies to ensure that the buyers are safe and happy. This covers areas such as the item description, your terms and conditions, shipping and handling charges, delivery times, communication, returns, and photos.

Buyers must know where the item is being shipped from as it provides transparency on then shipping costs and how long it might take for the item to arrive. Having an inaccurate item location can cause confusion and lead to a poor experience for the buyer.

The seller must be clear and thorough about the terms of the transaction and include information about any taxes or other applicable fees, shipping and handling, and your return policy. Upfront honesty about these terms helps build trust and provides a positive buying experience for buyers.

Sellers don't have to accept returns, but it is recommended that they do. If a seller accepts returns, should make sure to specify the time period in which they accept returns, who pays for the return postage, and how the refund is issued.

And that:

  • You assume full responsibility for the item offered and the accuracy and content of the listing, including listing content created using tools offered by agrobid.org or third parties such as translation, image editing, and generative artificial intelligence tools
  • Your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours (or up to 24 hours in some circumstances). agrobid.org can't guarantee exact listing duration
  • The content you provide complies with all of our listing policies, including the Images and text policy above
  • Content that violates any of agrobid.org policies may be modified, obfuscated, or deleted at agrobid.org sole discretion
  • We may revise listings to supplement, remove, or correct information
  • We strive to create a marketplace where buyers find what they are looking for. Therefore, the appearance or placement of listings in search and browse results will depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to:
    • Buyer's location, search query, browsing site, and history
    • Item's location, listing format, price and shipping cost, terms of service, end time, history, and relevance to the user query
    • Seller's history, including listing practices, Detailed Seller Ratings, agrobid.org policy compliance, feedback, and defect rate
    • Number of listings matching the buyer's query
  • To drive a positive user experience, a listing may not appear in some search and browse results regardless of the sort order chosen by the buyer
  • Some advanced listing upgrades will only be visible on some of our Services
  • agrobid.org Duplicate listings policy may also affect whether your listing appears in search results
  • Metatags and URL links that are included in a listing may be removed or altered
  • We may provide you with optional information to consider when creating your listings. Such information may be based on the aggregated sales and performance history of similar sold and/or current listings; results may vary for individual listings. You agree that we may display the sales and performance history of your individual listings to other sellers
  • For items listed in certain categories, subject to certain programs, and/or offered or sold at certain price points, agrobid.org may require the use of certain payment methods, subject to our Payments methods policy. For example, for inventory covered by authentication or storage services, buyer and sellers may be subject to escrow and/or payment handling requirements
  • You will not sell and will promptly remove all listings for any product recalled by a manufacturer or governmental agency if the sale of the product is prohibited by law or regulation or if the product poses a health or safety hazard as specified by any governmental agency. agrobid.org has no responsibility or liability for the safety or performance of any product that you list or sell using our Services, including any product that is subject to a recall. You are solely responsible for any non-conformity or defect in, or compliance with any public or private recall of, any product you list or sell using our Services
  • agrobid.org may publish and promote your listings, including related content such as username, product reviews and feedback, in any format and through any channel, including our partners, or third-party property or advertising medium
  • Selling fees do not purchase exclusive rights to item exposure on our Services. We may display third-party advertisements (including links and references thereto) or other content in any part of our Services, including listings, in our sole discretion and without consent from, or payment, fee reduction, or other credit to, sellers

Alcohol and Wine Policy:

Wine can be listed on the agrobid.org by approved sellers only. No other alcohol products are allowed. Sellers must be approved by agrobid.org before listing wine. Approved sellers must abide by our Terms of Service when listing wine and include all required information in their description.

      • The owner of the wine owns all necessary and required licenses to lawfully carry out wine-related transactions on our site, and ship the item to its purchaser

    • Each buyer represents and warrants that:

      • The transaction will comply with all cross-european commerce laws, including all laws around shipping and fulfillment
    • Indemnification:

The seller is solely responsible for compliance with all laws associated with the sale of wine. The seller indemnifies agrobid.org of all responsibility associated with this sale. It is therefore the seller's sole discretion of the completion of the transaction based on its ability to assure that the transaction is in compliance with all laws associated with the sale of alcohol
    • Shipping:

Certain local, EEA states, laws and regulations govern and limit a seller's ability to sell and ship wine and other alcohol. As a seller, you are solely responsible to consult with legal and/or other experts to determine which laws and regulations may impact your activities and to fully abide by those laws and regulations. Since each state has its own regulations governing the shipment of wine, seller must clearly note which states it is able to ship to in the item description
